description Abdominal pain is one of the common complaints among children who visit pediatric emergency departments (PEDs), but aggressive management has been proven insufficient. Physicians working at PEDs must know the principles of abdominal pain management, especially the dose, lower age limitation, and adverse effects of each drug.
