description The article examines the economic perspective of industrial science. Conclusions are presented on the importance of research and development in industry and the role of scientific and technological progress in accelerating economic growth. Examples are given of 1) the successful implementation of research projects in various industries; 2) the use of new technologies and materials in production; 3) the successful commercialization of scientific research; 4) successful cooperation between scientific institutions and enterprises; 5) mechanisms of state support and funding of research projects. Industrial science has been proven to have great potential for economic development; investment in research and development can bring significant benefits to business and society.
