| Summary: | In this study, an Android based mobile accounting software has been designed and implemented. The developed system obtains information from the databases (such as MsSQL, MySQL and Postgre SQL) of softwares (such as ETA and NETSİS). Many local and global companies have been utilizing ETA and NETSİS for preaccountancy. In this study, presented Android based mobile accounting software provides useful information to the end users using mobile phones or tablets with Andoid and cloud technology. In addition, the presented system has an artificial intelligence module. The artificial intelligence based module utilizes genetic algorithms to provide useful suggestions and recommendations, such as financial budget estimation, finding an appropriate marketing zone for a particular sales representative, etc. Regarding the forecasting the sales characteristics of the sales representatives, genetic algorithm based scheme achieves a classification accuracy of 88.33%.
