| description | <p>In the present study, the essence of the concept of sufficiency of evidence is revealed in a criminal trial necessary for a judgment. In this regard, it was explained how to deal with the criteria used to establish the sufficiency of evidence, the importance of determining the limits of the probation process, how to use the sufficiency of the evidence in the legislation. At the same time, the notion of forming the premature conclusion on the basis of accumulated evidence is interpreted, and the theories formed on the basis of this preliminary assessment are dealt with. In conclusion, the author proposes his own definition of the sufficiency of evidence.</p> |
