description Purpose: to improve the results of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with gunshot penetrating wounds of large joints with the help of modern methods of medical and physical therapy. Materials and methods: analysis of the use of complex medical and physical therapy for 3 years in 106 patients with gunshot penetrating wounds (combat injuries) of large joints. Results: analysis of goniometry indicators, pain scales and motor skills testing proved the true advantage of complex medical and physical therapy in the treatment of patients with gunshot penetrating wounds of large joints. Conclusions: a comprehensive medical and physical therapy program for patients with gunshot penetrat- ing wounds of large joints has been developed and implemented.
