| description | This paper aims to study the conflicts found in the syndicate movement due to the new and emerging labor relationships today. It can be claimed that the worker’s organizations, in several regions of the world and in Brazil, perhaps a result of the intern structure of the organization itself, are still depend of local situations, whereas there is already an international labor market. The establishment of the so called economic groups, the neo-liberal trends, the deregulation or flexibilization of labor rights and mainly the transformation of the social State have led to the formation of a new worker with new needs and have imposed the modernization of the worker’s organizations which is often not accomplished due to the strong interference of the State.<br>O presente artigo está direcionado para o estudo dos conflitos que se estabeleceram no movimento sindical em virtude das novas relações de trabalho que estão nascendo nos dias atuais, ao ponto de poder ser afirmado que as organizações de trabalhadores, em várias regiões do mundo e no Brasil, produto talvez da própria estrutura interna de organização, ainda estão presas a situações locais, quando em contrapartida já existe um mercado internacional de trabalho. A formação dos chamados blocos econômicos, as tendências neoliberais, a desregulamentação ou flexibilização do direito do trabalho e a transformação do Estado social principalmente, levaram à criação de um novo trabalhador, com novas necessidades, impondo a modernização das organizações de trabalhadores, que muitas vezes não é conseguida em virtude da forte intervenção do Estado. |
