description Today, mobile information technologies are in high demand among consumers in various sectors of the world economy. In the restaurant business, mobile information technologies are at the initial stage of their development, especially in the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the analysis of the Kazakhstan market of mobile information technologies, domestic mobile applications in most cases represent systems of encouragement and stimulation of repeated calls and automation of service processes, when an effective mobile application for restaurant business should combine not only information load for the consumer, but also processes of relationship management between the consumer and the enterprise. The mobile application should be multifunctional, in accordance with the ongoing service processes at the enterprise: to provide multi-channel integration of processes occurring at the enterprise; to accompany the contact personnel with information about the guest, his preferences and adherents; to automate the collection and processing of data for analytical marketing purposes.
