Cocaine cardiomyopathy may result from the use of cocaine. This article presents a first case in Republic of Macedonia of 24-year-old male with reversible cocaine- related cardiomyopathy. Clinical presentation, laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound findings and treatment are reviewed.
