Summary:The understanding that tourism is based on a complex, integrated and dynamic system is necessary to reflect new possibilities as it is being rethought in the management of the tourism space, where an interaction not only in the economic dynamics, but also in the social one. , cultural and environmental, strengthen the actions of tourism public policies in a locality. Thus, the proposed study sought to present the relationships between the necessary dynamics from the sustainability dimensions needed to support the pillars of a possible tourism development in the south coast of Sergipe. To present some impacting realities and to bring some proposals of interventions that are possible to be applied to the search for a sustainable promotion of the activity, is what we propose in this. Based on descriptive and qualitative research, the work is based on research carried out in the south coast of Sergipe, from 2014 to 2018, as well as the writing of the doctoral thesis developed by the author, entitled “(Re) Invention of Community-Based Tourism in the Coastline”. South Sergipano: tourism and creative economy as links of participatory management ”. It is hoped that the contribution of this research in the areas of tourism and geography thinking in environmental dynamics, can corroborate for a healthier development, in search of a truly sustainable spatial organization.
