Summary:The research handled the tracking down of IBN-ABDILBUR in his book "AL-ISTE`AB BEM`ARIFAT AL_ASSHAB" on ALOQAILI in his book "ASSAHABAH"- this book is missing. These tracks had varied; some of them dealt with the judging of the narrator if he was from the companions or not, others dealt with the substituting of the Hadith`s companion with another, or the difference in appointing him or stating his lineage. The study revealed the rank of AL-OQAILI `s bookASSAHABAH; and what was found in it relating to his inattentive mistakes were few and counted, some of tracks were wrong and the right was with him. The study revealed the rank of IBNABDILBUR in science of HADITH; through his work in revealing the inattentive mistakes that AL-OQAILI has committed. The two researchers followed the comparative approach through gathering IBN-ABDILBUR`s tracks in his book AL-ISTE`AB on AL-OQAILI in his book ASSAHABAH, and study, analyze and compare them with the opinions of other critics, then present the evidences and discuss them, and state the most correct. Some of the research results: One of whatIBN-ABDILBUR has tracked down AL-OQAILI washis depending on weak narrations to approve the companionship of some narrators, and it was given an excuse to AL-OQAILI that it was a method of scholars to narrate in their compilations what had been narrated at all; to be known what had been narrated in that topic not to invoke in all what had been narrated, in the method of who had given you the chain of narration, he referred you.
