| description | Objective To investigate the effect of self-made onion-honey cataplasm on relief of constipation in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A convenient sample of 42 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were recruited as research objects. Based on the routine care, a daily diet therapy with self-made onion-honey cataplasm (60～80 g) was administrated to relieving the constipation. The constipation condition was evaluated by recoding defecation interval and defecation time. Results Shorter defecation interval and defecation time were observed after diet intervention with self-made onion-honey cataplasm compared with those before intervention(P<0. 01). Conclusion The daily diet therapy with self-made onion-honey cataplasm is potentially effective to relieve the constipation in patients with schizophrenia. (目的 探讨自制洋葱蜂蜜糊改善精神分裂症患者便秘的效果。方法 便利选取2020年10月—2021年6月医院两个封闭式管理病房住院状态下精神分裂症伴发便秘的患者42例为研究对象, 在常规护理基础上每日添加自制洋葱蜂蜜糊60～80 g。观察干预前后患者排便情况。结果 38名患者完成研究。干预后, 患者排便间隔时间和每次排便时间均较干预前降低, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 食用洋葱蜂蜜糊能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的便秘症状。) |
