description Abstract Background Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent ailments that affects both adolescents and children. Previous studies found that 40% of children with ADHD presented with disruptive behaviors, which reflect serious long-term problems associated with daily living activities. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the behavioral parent training program on disruptive behavior among children with attention deficits hyperactivity disorder. Results The current study showed significant statistical differences between the study and control groups after the behavioral training program regarding the disruptive of the children. Conclusion The behavioral training program successfully reduced children’s disruptive behavior.
