| description | The article considers the prerequisites for the formation of the educational services market as answers to threats and challenges, faced by our country in the context of the integration of the national economy into the global economic system. It is defined that, despite the availability of different approaches to the interpretation of the term of «educational services», researchers define a number of traits that are inherent in them. It is noted that socialization and informatization of the economy have a special influence on the formation of the national education market. The socialization of the economy is considered as a factor in improving the quality of life and efficiency of management of labor relations. The directions of implementation of the socialization of the economy are explored. It is determined that the informatization of the economy is a process of creating conditions for meeting the information needs, the center of which is a human. The process of development of the knowledge economy is studied and the stages of formation of an information society are allocated. In the context of socialization and informatization of the economy, it is proposed to consider educational services in accordance with the conception of triple spiral, which helps to balance the relations between the State, business and higher education institutions. |
