description This article reviews the progress of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) tip positioning under ultrasonic localization, including one-time arrival rate of PICC tip, misplacement of PICC lines, catheter-related complication etc. The ultrasonic localization shows the advantages of accuracy, real-time, and simple operation. Especially, the catheter location tracking during the use of premature infants ensures safe, effective, and timely intravenous infusion. (本研究综述了超声心动图定位新生儿经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端位置的研究进展, 包括新生儿PICC导管尖端位置的选择、导管异位监测以及并发症和技术操作等。超声心动图定位具有准确性、实时性、操作简便等优点, 可对早产儿使用过程中的导管位置进行跟踪, 为安全、有效、及时的静脉输液提供保障。)
