Summary: | This paper investigates the problem of guaranteed cost control of an interval type-2 Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy descriptor systems with time-varying delays satisfying probabilistic characteristics. In order to fully consider the delay distributions, the delay segmentation approach is introduced. Then, an interval type-2 fuzzy controller is designed such that the closed-loop fuzzy descriptor system is regular, causal, mean square asymptotically stable, and the corresponding quadratic cost function is guaranteed which lower than a certain upper bound. Finally, one simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
