Significantly increased levels of serum immunoglobulins, specific antibodies and circulating immune complexes are found in various clinical forms of brucellosis. Serum contents of IgA, M, G and circulating immune complexes did not depend on clinical stage of brucellosis. Higher levels of specific antibodies, as determined by agglutination and hemagglutination reactions, were detected in acute and sub-acute brucellosis. |
