description This study aimed at determining the degree of efficiency of the educational practices of secon-dary public school teachers as perceived by high school seniors; and at finding out the relationshipbetween the degree of the efficiency of teachers and the variables: sex, pecialization, and gradepointaverage of students. The population of the study consisted of 11.374 male and female students. The samples consisted of593 male and female students. A questionnaire of 75.items was constructed to measure ten aspects ofteaching. Its validity and reliability were established. T-test, Anova, and Scheffee were employed todetermine the significance of differences between the means of scores.
