In the case of service, the government did not only seek to build and develop a variety of rules, systems, service institutions only, but need to develop an innovative concept in order to improve the quality of service to the community. Service management is an inclusive concept of diversity-based service management needs, can be developed into a service management model that is expected to clarifity the meaning and development of service strategy in accordance with community needs, so it can be an effective response in a effort to improve the quality of public services |
