The term “ARC” [1, 2] more objectively reflects the essence of the efficient transport process carried out by vehicles on roads. It emphasises the equivalence of the contribution of vehicles and roads to a single transport process. The problem of the efficiency of the ARC function is not only of terminological significance, but also touches on the issues of improving the efficiency of the road and motorway economy as a whole. |
