The overall GC content of the chloroplast genome is 37.4% and those in the LSC, SSC, and IR regions are 35.4%, 31.3%, and 43.0%, respectively. Interestingly, almost most of sequence variations identified against five coffee chloroplast genomes are insertions and deletions. |
