B</span>y applying <span style="color: #131413;">cointegration approach, the empirical results show that housing prices, construction costs, GDP and gold prices are important factors to explain swings in residential construction in Iran. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>
