Hepatic and bone marrow biopsies revealed the diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma. After four cycles of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, methotrexate/ifosfamide, etoposide, and high dose cytarabine (R- CODOX-M/IVAC), a complete metabolic response occurred. |
