Summary:New approach for calculation of electroencephalogram Sample Entropy, experimental data and peculiarities of its interpretation are presented. Main aim of the research to formulate rules that allow to use Sample Entropy in human state monitoring by electroencephalogram more efficiently and give new information about electroencephalogram signal that can be useful for different researchers. This method is suitable for any non-linear, non-stationary signals with a chaotic nature. Moreover, it is recommended for descrying as additional technique for other entropy-based methods.
