| description | Objective To investigate the effect of interventions based on the transtheoretical model and stages of change on relief of anxiety in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Totally 70 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis between Feb, 2018 and Feb, 2020 were recruited as the research objects. According to the treatment schedule, 35 patients who attended the hospital at Monday, Wednesday and Friday were included as the control group, another 35 patients attended the hospital at Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday were included as the observation group. All patients received routine care and health education, and those in the observation group were given nursing interventions based on the transtheoretical model and stages. The anxiety status of patients was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results The SAS score decreased in both observation group and control group after intervention, and SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Nursing interventions based on the transtheoretical model and stages of change are effective to relieve anxiety status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis, and improve patient quality of life and efficiency of dialysis care provided by nurses. (目的 探讨基于行为分阶段转变理论的护理干预降低维持性血液透析患者焦虑程度的效果。方法 选取2018年2月—2020年2月在医院接受血液透析治疗的70例患者为研究对象, 将每星期一、三、五血液透析的患者分为对照组, 每星期二、四、六血液透析的患者分为干预组, 每组35人。 对照组采用常规护理与健康教育, 干预组在常规护理与健康教育的基础上采用基于行为分阶段转变理论的护理干预。根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分结果, 比较两组患者的焦虑程度改善情况。结果 干预后, 两组SAS量表得分均较干预前下降, 且干预组SAS量表得分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 血液透析护理中引入基于行为分阶段转变理论的干预模式, 能有效缓解患者的焦虑, 对提高患者生活质量和增强护士工作的有效性具有积极意义。) |
