| description | This article summarizes the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with hemorrhagic stroke. By analyzing the patient's clinical data, doctors and nurses jointly discussed the key nursing content and formulated nursing measures, including illness condition monitoring, airway management, health education and rehabilitation care. Through integrated medical and nursing ward rounds, the holistic nursing intervention was carried out to improve the recovery of the patient with hemorrhagic stroke.
