description Today, urban growth in developing countries is higher than in developed countries. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the subsequent eight years of the imposed war, changes took place in the structural conditions of the country, and this led to the uncontrolled growth of cities and, in turn, the growth of marginalization. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effective macroeconomic components on the marginalization trend in the period 1978-2015. The type of applied research is the descriptive-analytical method used. For data collection, document reference methods to government agencies (Central Bank, Agricultural Jihad, Housing and Urban Development, etc.) and fuzzy logic with MATLAB software has been used to analyze the data. In this study, three indicators of migration, informal employment and inadequate housing with their sub-indices were examined as macroeconomic components affecting the phenomenon of marginalization. The research findings showed that despite the fluctuations observed in some components; However, the growth of marginalization is increasing during the period under review. For example, rural-urban migration and informal employment in recent years; It has had a relatively upward trend, so that from 1979 to 1990 migration is increasing, but 1990 to 2000 has been observed with a very gentle slope. Fluctuations in the housing market (especially with the start of construction of housing in Mehri), to some extent has neutralized the increase of these two components, but the trend of unsuitable housing in 1996 has reached its peak.
