description | According to the load characteristics of the new metal belt continuously variable transmission,the force balance equation of the tight side is established,taking p811 CVT as the research object,the stress change law of the wire rope is simulated by ABAQUS software. The results show that the bearing characteristics of interactive twist wire are better than the same twisted wire band under the torque load. When the metal band enters the cone pulley,the axial stress fluctuation amplitude of the interaction kudu wire reaches 37. 07% of the average stress,and there is obvious dislocation; In the process of transmission,the stress wave and the dislocation change of shengnei wire are more obvious in the xiangqiechu of metal belt and cone pulley,and uneven phenomenon exists in radial and axial load. |
