| Summary: | The article focuses on the treatment of respiratory viral infections of the ENT organs in order to prevent complications and chronicity of the process. It provides the data on the efficacy of the use of polidexa with phenylephrine in paediatric patient with acute post-viral rhinosinusitis. The microbiological tests and changes observed in imprint smears from the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity showed that the drug reduces the clinical manifestations of the disease quickly and significantly, has a sanative effect and positively affects the quality of life of patients. |
