| description | This research deals with the application of the fundamental rights to relations between private individuals. For this, it is used the deductive method and the literature research and the comparative study to better understand and analyze the emergence of this conception of the effectiveness of the fundamental rights. Once understood this, it goes back to the central theme of the problem, which is to analyze the limits of the projection of fundamental rights. The result is that only the case will demand the correct theory that should be applied. |
