On Day 7 andDay 21 some positive changes were noted, however, in large proportionof patients symptoms of immunodeficiency with reductionin the number of CD8+ and RI index remained. These findingssuggest that the immune status of patients in acute stroke isconsistent with response on acute stress. The mechanisms ofimmune system involvement in pathogenesis of acute stroke arediscussed. |
