Summary:The international community has targeted the model of "organization" among its legal units as an ideal for achieving the security and stability of that society in all spheres of life. This will avoid the tragedies and ambiguities surrounding this planet as a result of the conflict and conflict among the members of this international community to the point of infighting and as an inevitable outcome of their adherence to the concept the most important of which is the difference of interests and the conflict of doctrinal philosophies and competition in light of the serious imbalance in the balance of power which enticed the powerful of these countries to adopt colonial and settlement concepts. The weakest party in this twisted equation was the victim and the prey without any help or support, except for the victory of this victorious party over his victim by the title of "Third World"
