| description | There were studied possibilities of ezomeprazol in therapy of functional dispersion (FD) among 11 children of 8–12 years old according to data of daily pH-monitoring. It was find out that the drug provides fast and long-term suppression of acid-forming function of stomach and relieve epigastric pain effectively from the first day. Among some children with FD when application of the drug there can be observed asymptomatic episodes of night acid outburst and also resistance to the drug that is overcome by means of increase of dose to overage one. |
