Ամփոփում:Acute myocardial infarction (MI) is a life threatening medical condition during pregnancy. It is extremely rare during first trimester of pregnancy in young females under the age of 30 years. We report the case of a 26 year lady with 8 weeks of pregnancy who developed acute inferior myocardial infarction due to thrombosis of right coronary artery. She presented with persistent chest pain and hypotension and was successfully managed by primary angioplasty with zotarolimus drug eluting stent (ZES) via the right radial route under tirofiban and dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT).
