Description
Summary:In the article the author makes an attempt to analyze transformation of political process in the post Soviet Georgia where establishing of independence was accompanied by set of the problems caused first of all by lack of experience in construction of the sovereign state. Even on a background of general crisis of all post Soviet space, Georgia is different because of certain specific cyclicity and jumps of crisis situations that, probably, represents important characteristic for political style and political technologies of this country. In the post Soviet Georgia there were three changes of the top government, and all three by not constitutional means. Similar dynamics of political process confirms non-institutional political system of Georgia at which, the probability of resolving of political conflict in illegitimate way is high. Conflictness of political system of Georgia in many respects is connected with electoral system of republic which is not in condition to solve the political conflict through elections, the reason consists in that that in the society the trust to institute of elections has not affirmed. Now there is a political crisis in Georgia, also it is impossible to be assured that this crisis can be resolved by constitutional methods.
