Summary: | In the article the author presents a complex analysis of the psalm „Laudate Dominum” for mixed choir and organ by Vladimir Ciolac. It is noted that the text, it is composed on, is a part of the Bible (Book of Psalms) — Psalm 116 (117), thanks to the repetition of the lyrics the architectonics falls into six compartments that can be treated like stanzas. The figurative semantics of the work emphasizes a solemn picture that reveals the praise to the Lord, hope in His mercy and goodness. |
