Description
Summary:NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) in São Paulo, a body of the federal government, multilateral organizations and the discourse on young people’s capacities for conflict and negotiation hint at internal changes to the field of social practices and development politics which, from the 1990s, imposed new forms upon social practice, inspired by business and microeconomics. This new entrepreneurial cloaking of social matters produced a convergence between formulations and conducts from the left and right of the political spectrum in order to create a multiple, polymorphous strategy that aimed to restrict the space for social critique and political conflict.
