Abstract: Moyamoya disease is a chronic vascular disease of unknown cause, characterized by progressive intracranial vascular stenosis, occlusion and abnormal vascular network formation. It can be clinically manifested as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, headache, epilepsy, etc. Treatment includes surgery and drug therapy. In this paper, the clinical efficacy of a case of ischemic stroke caused by moyamoya disease was compared before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed, so as to explore the efficacy and feasibility of sequential therapy of Ginaton for clinical reference. |
