description Gender inequality is a topic that has been going on for along time. In this historical moment we are actually part of (4th feminist wave), training university students in all aspects related to equality and making them aware of existing gender inequalities is more important than ever. In this article a methodological proposal is presented to reach this objective, through different types of activities (theoretical, approach to reality and through the socio-affective method). Through qualitative (discussion group) and quantitative (surveys) techniques the article investigates on which are the activities that actually work in order to achieve greater sensitivity to the problem of gender inequality. Results show that the AAR (Activities Approach to Reality) and the DMS (Dynamics through the Socio-affective Method) methods allow a greater awareness and understanding of the topic.   Formación universitaria en igualdad de género: acercamiento a la realidad y método socioafectivo como estrategias sensibilizadoras Las desigualdades de género son un hecho presente a lo largo de la historia. Pero en este momento histórico en el que nos encontramos (4º ola feminista), se hace muy necesario formar a los estudiantes universitarios en aspectos relacionados con la igualdad y hacerlos conscientes de las desigualdades de género existentes. En el presente artículo se presenta una propuesta metodológica para alcanzar este objetivo, a través de diferentes tipos de actividades (teóricas, de acercamiento a la realidad y mediante el método socioafectivo). A través de técnicas cualitativas (grupo de discusión) y cuantitativas (encuestas) se investigó sobre qué actividades habían servido para alcanzar una mayor sensibilidad ante la problemática de la desigualdad de género. Los resultados muestran cómo las AAR (Actividades Acercamiento a la Realidad) y las DMS (dinámicas mediante el método socioafectivo) son aquellas que permiten una mayor sensibilización y comprensión del problema.
