description Background. Monitoring the main indicators of human health in real time under conditions of performing especially dangerous professional activities is an urgent task of the digital health care system and medical instrumentation. Creating the multichannel monitoring systems will make it possible to quickly make a decision on the physiological, physical and psycho-emotional state of human health and provide a forecast for future periods. Materials and methods. The system being developed ensures the collection, transmission, processing and conceptual display of information about a critical state of health, namely, about the borderline level of blood pressure and heart rate, distance traveled (in the case of rescue operations), calorie expenditure and the level of physical activity of the person. Results. The presented system consists in the parallel registration of physiological signals from different users using tracker systems to a multichannel transmit / receive device using the BLU 5.0 open wireless communication standard. Conclusions. The article presents a multichannel system for monitoring the main indicators of the state of human health during the period of performing a particularly dangerous professional activity.
