Namun kenyataannya ada sistem hukum lain, seperti hukum adat dan agama, yang memiliki perbedaan sistem budaya, politik, serta kepercayaan. Karenanya, pembangunan di bidang hukum seharusnya merupakan upaya untuk mengkomunikasikan berbagai sistem hukum yang ada tersebut.</p> |
