It intends to demonstrate the importance of a specific locus for the debates of genders and sexualities in interface with law and themes on social justice. It defends the necessary opposition to the current episteme of knowledge, particularly of modern legal science, which, when reaffirming the materialization of knowledge, adapts them to the hegemonic discourse about the categorizations of genders and sexualities. |
