Summary:In 2015 the European Union and its most advantaged countries, including Germany, faced a massive migration crisis. Supranational and national leadership demonstrated absence of the comprehensive approach to these challenges. Prior to the parliamentary elections in 2016 the "Alternative for Germany" published a program in which, among other things, it presented its views on the actual issues related to Islam, immigration and interethnic and interreligious relations in the country. Eurosceptics offered multifaceted measures to preserve the ethnic and cultural face of the country and prevent its further Islamization
