ABORTIVE SOLICITATION: NOTION AND QUALIFICATION
The article presents the notion of abortive solicitation, distinguishes its types, and evaluates the rules of the abortive solicitation qualification existing in the modern theory and practice. The author suggests new rules of the abortive solicitation qualification.
