Summary:The documentary information as the object of direct criminal influence is treated in the present article. The penal doctrine began to use the phrase “informational offences”, designating all the criminal deeds that produce damage to the social relations with regard to legal circulations of information. The material object of some of these offences is formed by false documents. The author analyzes what information represents, as an object of direct criminal influence, and what connection the information and the false document form, when being submitted to direct criminal influence.
