Summary: | The relationship between a contemporary book for children and teenagers and the media is now a major issue for researchers. From the perspective of bibliology, Michał Rogoż monograph <em>Fantastycznie obecne. </em><em>Anglojezyczne bestsellerowe cykle powieściowe dla dzieci i młodzieży we współczesnej polskiej przestrzeni medialnej </em>is included. The author analyzes popular cycles of fantasy: <em>The Cronicles of Narnia</em> by Clive Staples Lewis, <em>Harry Potter</em> by Jane K. Rowling, <em>Twiligh </em>saga by Stephenie Meyer, <em>Dark Materials</em> by Philip Pulman, <em>Inheritance</em> by Christopher Paolini and their reception in traditional media and the Polish language Internet. This article discusses the above monograph, presents the main theses of the author and conclusions and interpretations.
