These fused teeth can cause various problems such as caries, periodontal disease, abnormal eruption, impaction or an ectopic eruption of an adjacent tooth and reported in the literature. However this paper documented an unusual case of iatrogenic root perforation of fused permanent lower anterior teeth during inter maxillary fixation.
