description The study is devoted to the determination of the technological parameters of roller squeezing machines; these parameters determine the efficiency of the process, product quality, and the environmental situation of production. A mathematical model for the distribution of hydraulic force in roller machines has been obtained. The formulas for calculating the removed and residual moisture of the processed material are determined. It was found that the value of residual moisture depends on the value of the angle where the moisture changes position.
