description The main objective of this work is improving the energy efficiency of HVAC's systems of the two hotels in theHavana city at Cuba. For it, the advanced techniques of control are used, through the nonlinear predictivecontrols. Prediction of the cooling load of the rooms in the hotels are obtained using the Radiant Time Seriesmethod, (RTS). All the calculations and off-line tuning were developed in MATLAB® programming language.
