Phenothypical marker cells of intrabrain tumor in children

Description
Summary:The neural cell adgesive molecules (NCAM) expression on membrane of astrocytoma and medulloblastoma cells in children were studied. It was found, that NCAM were expressed more often on cells of astrocytomas, than medulloblastomas. Surface-active receptors (CD38 and CD25) were expressed on 12–14% cells of medulloblastomas and astrocytomas, but p-53 proteins was determined more often on astrocytomas, than medulloblastomas.
