Summary:The article views the basic aspects of Management Concept. The author analyzes the influence of a person within a collective, on business. The issue is topical as individualism is actively formed in the modern society, while companies have lost the spirit of collectivism, features of a community, mutual trust and respect. We witness moral crisis, and bosses are oriented towards searching for “the magic pill”. It is necessary to change the methods of business management through developing the system of self-training labor.
